Hi everyone I hope you are all keeping well today.
There is a growing outward public face developing in the U.K. towards what large companies can do for the public and society as a whole.
Refreshing to see but the public face of being seen to be doing things for society is only part of it.
The culture has to be embedded into the company as a whole as I have said from the top downwards.We have yet to see that in some companies as we are all aware.
Society over the past decade has had the heart torn from it as life sped on and it seems that the phase we have just come out of is surfacing again as house prices rise ,rented accommodation rises and we are told the only way forward is to spend ,spend,spend.
Society needs to rebuild its'structures as well as moving forward but in the great rush forward there are some who think that changes are not needed and we can carry on the same.
The next 10 years are going to be different as more decision making gets back to local level .It has to happen.Also local authorities in the U.K. will be more answerable to their customers.
Local authorities will realise they will have to attract investment in local projects from local people so they will need to approach things very differently.
It is only by bringing local control back to the local authorities that society can start to rebuild again.
We are at the start of a new phase throughout the world as society starts to take an active interest and role in where they live and trade.
I do not think that large corporations and government local and central throughout the developed world realise what the internet has given their populations.
And within these populations their are people educating themselves.
All of us working together to make society better is the only way forward.

Corporations and the changing world.
Hello everyone I hope you are all very well today.
In the U.K. 2 days ago there was a meeting between various Church leaders , corporate and banking bosses to discuss society and the impact corporate decisions can have on it.
I do hope those that did not already realise that change is here to stay and leading from the top is a necessity in social impact.
Society now expects large corporations and banks to change for good .If they do not they may not be here in a few years time as society looks elsewhere.
Social impact is the result of decisions made ,and the many aspects of the business in every department continually evaluated for the success of the company as viewed by customers and society as a whole.
It is therefore important that the decisions are the right one's.
Discussion amongst groups with varying view are most important to understand the direction that social impact is proceeding.
It is a long term project for all those involved and a continually changing one.Those that do not adapt to the change which must and will happen will inevitably be swept aside.
May the sun shine on all society so it can blossom and grow as life intended it to.

Attitudes to society are merging.
Hi everyone I hope you are keeping well.
Attitudes in the U.K. towards the needs of society in the long term are beginning to appear and merge with those that have been saying for along time what direction society is heading and how we should consider those less fortunate in the long term plans.
The change is quite visible in the different image and speeches coming from the various leaders of the religions of the world.
There have always been those in the various religions that have worked for the better of society but we are now getting visible leadership that is targeting the commercial misuse of some of societies weaker population and their weaknesses.
This is long overdue as I have always believed in leading from the front.
The impact on society should now be part of every commercial decision taken.
Commercialisation and society can work together and must to the better of both but to take advantage of an individual because education and life has made them as such is morally wrong .
Companies also need to realise that if the public finds that they have been doing something that is detrimental to society and affects society long term they can be ignored by their customers which will affect their profitability.
It is important that we all work together to a joint objective.
WE ARE AFTER ALL SHARING THE SAME WORLD.

Social impact and its effects.
Hello everyone and welcome to the first of many articles on the reasons and effects of decisions on society and its future.
A lot is spoken and written about how decisions effect society both in my country and around the world ,as we now call global.
There are many in different fields of life strive hard to minimise the effects that global decisions by global companies have on societies as some companies go for market share and profitability abouve other effects.
Some companies also strive to balance commercial decisions with that of society to benefit both.
It has now come the time for society in general to get involved more in the decisions of the future ,both for their sakes and that of their grandchildren.
It is time for investment in social impact to be in the open and openly discussed.We also know some will just want life to roll on not get involved.That is their decision and we respect it.
